I had an on-campus interview set up, but things changed last minute because they had travel issues. We ended up doing the interview via video conference later the same day. The recruiter was nice, but one question about owning Lilly clothes made me uncomfortable because it's pricey. After the interview, I didn't hear back about the next steps, which was disappointing since they interviewed me. The whole organization and how they handled hiring wasn't great.

It was a pretty long interview process, but the questions weren't too difficult. There was a lot of waiting time between interviews, but it all worked out in the end. Mostly, they asked about my experience and about me, not really hard questions.
