It was a really laid-back and friendly chat. The whole thing took about an hour, and there weren't any tough questions. My manager basically said I got the job after I passed the background check.

Technical Coding

The interview process was pretty straightforward, starting with a phone screen and then a technical interview. It took them about a month to get back to me. Overall, the process was simple and efficient. I wouldn't want to work here though, the benefits could be better. It might be a good place for a first job.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So, I had this phone chat with HR first, talking about the job and the company vibe. Then, I did a video call with someone from the hiring team, which was pretty in-depth and went well overall. After that, they sent over a technical test for me to do. But then, nothing. No feedback, no word back, even after I tried reaching out to HR. It's been months, and I feel totally ghosted. It's a bummer because I was really hyped about this job.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had several steps. It started with a phone interview where they asked basic questions to gauge fit. Then, there was an in-person interview where I met potential colleagues and they reviewed my portfolio and a project I had done. After that, I had an in-depth project to complete. The final step was a second in-person interview with higher-ups. The whole process felt thorough, and I thought it went well. However, they ghosted me after making a decision, not responding to follow-up emails for weeks. This felt unprofessional given the extensive process and the effort I put in, including taking time off and commuting. A simple notification would have been appreciated.
