First, there's a quick 15-minute phone pre-screening. They ask basic stuff like 'tell me about yourself,' why you're interested in himama, and then you do a short mock call. The in-person interview is with the CEO and Hiring Manager. They're really nice. Questions get more in-depth, covering why you want to work there, your past roles, and your interest in sales. A big part of this is a cold call mock call to a director. They'll give you feedback, and you'll try it again, applying their suggestions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process included two phone interviews and then an in-person meeting with the CEO and hiring manager. The first two calls covered typical questions like your strengths, weaknesses, why you're interested in the company and sales. The third interview was similar but with more in-depth questions. You'll also have to do a mock cold-calling exercise in both the second phone interview and the final in-person one. If you can do well on that, you should be in good shape. They also wanted candidates to do a half-day 'performing roll' to see how they fit in, but I didn't get that far. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a pretty good experience overall. The hiring manager and CEO were quite relaxed.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I had a phone interview which was pretty standard, asked a bunch of usual questions. Then they invited me for an in-person interview. When I got there, I buzzed in but they made me wait outside in the cold for another tenant to let me in. Inside, I met with two people, one of whom I'd spoken to on the phone. The other person was totally checked out, on her laptop the whole time. During a cold call scenario, she got aggressive, and the interview felt really unprofessional. I'm guessing it was supposed to be a behavioral interview? The two interviewers then started talking to each other in front of me about not remembering the company values. The whole thing was super confusing and they didn't represent the company well at all. Glad I dodged that bullet.
