I had a phone interview in mid-December and they said I would hear back. It's now mid-January, so it's been a full month, and I still haven't heard anything. The least they could do is let me know I'm not the right fit. Ghosting after an interview is a bad look and shows they don't respect candidates' time.

It's 3 stages total. First, you'll have a chat with HR. Then, there's a mock call. Finally, a role play to wrap things up. If you've done sales interviews before, this one is pretty average. It's fair and not super tough.

Applied online and got contacted in one business day. They asked me to record a 45-second demo explaining the company. The next day, I got a Skype interview invite, which was about 20 minutes. Then, I was contacted the day after for an in-person interview. The day after that, it was a half-day thing where they put me on the phone to call child care facilities and read from a script to sell them. They were listening in, but didn't say anything. I met the CEO and they said they'd let me know, which usually means no. If they want to hire you, you sign papers right then.
