Support Specialist
The interview experience was great right from the initial screening call. The recruiter made it feel like a casual chat with a friend. They asked relevant questions and kept me updated throughout. Even though I didn't get the job initially, they were upfront about it. I've had many interviews before, but none as good as this. They promised to reach out if another opportunity came up, and they kept their word. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about how they handled the recruitment; I really appreciated it. Overall, it was the best interview process I've been through.
- Describe how you would approach troubleshooting product issues and what steps you'd take to resolve them in this role.
Support Specialist
The interview process went well. It started with a recruiter call where they asked about my background, did a speed test, asked about my ISP, and how I approach remote work. Then, about a week later, I had a final interview with the support manager and team lead. I applied in February and got the notification email on the last day of Feb.
- Can you tell us about your personal background?
- What were the results of your speed test?
- Regarding your internet service provider, what can you tell us about its quality?
Support Specialist
The HR person was nice, communicative, and fast. It was a simple 3-step process: a phone call, a technical test, and a video interview with the managers. They replied within 24 hours for each step, and the whole thing took less than two weeks. The managers seemed really great, and the benefits are the best ever! Overall, it was excellent. The only downside is that the time for the technical test was quite limited given what was required, but it was definitely doable and maybe that's to check time-management skills. I actually enjoyed the technical test because it was evaluated by a person, not a computer.
- Can you describe how you'd handle various challenges that come up in a role like this?
- Could you share some of your past experiences relevant to this position?
- Can you give an example of a time you had to think creatively to overcome an obstacle?
