Customer Support Specialist
I was referred by an agency and had an initial phone call scheduled, but the interviewer didn't show up. They said it was okay and I moved on to an assessment, which was fine and done quickly. They asked a lot of technical questions for a job that was supposed to be customer service. Then I progressed to an interview, but at the last minute, I was told one of the interviewers was sick. They rescheduled, which was difficult because their availability wasn't great, and I have a full-time job. When I finally got to the interview, I expected a normal Zoom call, but it was on a big screen, which made me uncomfortable due to my anxiety about my appearance. I asked two people on the hiring team about reasonable adjustments, but I never heard back. I understand that sometimes things happen or aren't possible, but better communication would have been helpful. It felt like they only wanted to connect when it was convenient for them, but when I needed something, it was difficult. I also saw three different job ads for the same position with different salaries. All in all, the company doesn't seem very organized or communicative.

Customer Support Specialist
The interview process was smooth. First, there was an initial call with an office manager who asked a few questions but mainly outlined the job role. The next stage was an interview with the line manager, where you had to take a WiFi speed test, a typing test, and a basic IT test. Following that, there were questions about your previous experience and a mock call. It was extremely helpful that you could book the interview times yourself, and both employees made you feel welcome.

- Describe a situation where you believe you provided excellent service.
Customer Support Representative
It was 3 rounds with the team lead and the department manager. They asked basic questions like 'tell us about yourself' and also scenario-based questions. I also had to complete an assignment, which took a long time but gave me product knowledge.
- What would you do in a customer communication scenario?
