Partner Success Manager
The initial recruiter interview never happened. I followed up with an email to reschedule but received no response. It was a waste of my time preparing for it, very unprofessional. Lightspeed could do better.

Customer Success Manager
First, there was a call with HR to talk about the role, the company and to see if you're a good fit. Then, a call with the CSM team where we discussed the role and the company more, and they wanted to get to know you better to see if you'd mesh well with the team. Lastly, a call with your direct manager, either in person or remote, who wanted to check your understanding of the role you're applying for.
- Can you tell me what your understanding of this position is?
Customer Success Manager
I got an email to schedule a call with HR, with a link to book a time slot in the next few days. The call lasted about 45-55 minutes and was positive. Next steps would have been: a few days later, an interview with a CSM team member (Hospitality Manager), then a second interview with a leader in Professional Services. I received an email thanking me for my time and informing me that the CSM team was looking for someone with more restaurant experience.
- Can you describe yourself?
- What do you like best about your last job?
- What do you like least about your last job?
