The interview process was smooth until the final interview with the senior manager and team leader. I haven't heard back from HR after emailing them twice in three weeks, leading me to believe I didn't get the offer, which is unfortunate they couldn't just say so.

I applied via LinkedIn and got an email to book a call with the recruiter. It was a great 30-minute call, very casual, mostly about me as a person, with some questions about the job and if I felt comfortable with the required aspects. She also talked a lot about salary, benefits, and her own positive experiences at LS, which was unexpected and nice. It felt like the company was selling themselves to me too. Then, I got a technical form with questions and tasks to complete. After that, I had an interview with the manager and team leader. We talked for about an hour about my past work, some questions, technical questions, and role-playing, which was a bit tough. It seemed like they wanted to see my personality, how I'd work under pressure, and if I'd fit in. I was surprised to get a quick call a week later and then the job offer. The whole experience was pleasant, transparent, and honest, making me want to work there even more.

The application process was really welcoming. From start to finish, everything was super clear and I got a good vibe early on. They make you feel comfortable and talk enthusiastically about the company. They really make sure you're a good fit by setting up several conversations. I was impressed with how they reached out, it was genuinely excellent. I met a few employees, and everyone was on the same page. A top-notch experience overall.
