Behavioral Case Presentation

First, I had a chat with someone from Talent Acquisition who gave me the lowdown on the job and the company. Then, I got to meet two people currently on the team and hear about their day-to-day. After that, I did a case study with two managers, which was pretty neat. To wrap things up, I got to chat with the Head of Account Management at Lightspeed and ask all my questions. It all happened in under a month, and the TA team kept me updated regularly. Cool!

I applied online and got a screening call and then an interview was scheduled for a week later. I spent time doing research and learning about the company, but then the interview invitation was deleted from my calendar less than 24 hours before it was supposed to happen with no explanation. After I reached out to their talent acquisition team and followed up a couple of times, I was told that they had already made an offer to someone else.

The process was very professional, short, and efficient. It offered the ability to have honest conversations and showed genuine interest in the candidate, which can be quite rare sometimes. Overall, a good experience.
