First, there was a quick phone screen to check my basic technical skills and background. After that, I had a 30-minute chat with a Project Manager. We went deeper into my experience, particularly with eDiscovery phases, review tools, and client interactions. We also talked about the company vibe, culture, and work-life balance. No crazy questions, pretty much what I expected.

Had a quick chat with HR about the general process. Then, I had a longer one-hour interview with two people I might work with, which was like a regular interview with open Q&A. The third interview was with three people I might work with and the director, and it was a role-play where we had to act out different situations.
