First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lighthouse.
Corporate Counsel
It was a phone interview, an interview with the hiring manager and then a final panel interview. The people were nice and the interviews were not too difficult. After I made it to the final stage and finished the final interview, I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times asking for an update, and they ignored me every time. In my opinion, this is not a professional way to treat a candidate, especially one who made it to the final interview.
- Can you tell us about your previous work experience?
Sales Support Specialist
Got a message from a talent coordinator after I applied, and we had a chat. Then, I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager. After that, there was another Zoom meeting with two people from different teams. That session was pretty pointless, a lot of confusing talk. I'm definitely qualified for the job, but they said they were moving on with other candidates who were a better fit. Which is funny because I basically told them upfront how my background matches the role, so take that as you will. Be prepared for some gaslighting.
- Can you describe how you handle challenging situations and interact with difficult individuals?
RMA Analyst
The first step wasn't a call. I got an email with two files. One was an aptitude test, and the other had interview questions. If you do well on the test and your answers to the interview questions are good and fit what they're looking for, you move on to the in-person interview. I didn't make it through, but I still recommend applying because it's a great place to work with a really supportive community!
- What's your skill level with Relativity?
- Have you used Relativity's Analytics feature?
- Any experience with searches in LexisNexis or Westlaw?
Director
The team showed a lot of enthusiasm, and the interview process was quite thorough. I was initially a bit skeptical about the culture seeming too good to be true, but it genuinely was. I ended up speaking with more than five people. It started with an initial screening, then I met with a senior influencer, the manager, and then my potential peers and some other managers.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- Could you elaborate on your past experiences and background?
- Describe a time you had to overcome a challenge.
