The recruitment process was awesome at first, the person I dealt with was really helpful and friendly. I did have to wait about a month after being offered the job to actually start working with Lifeways, but the interview itself was good. The manager there was great and seemed genuinely interested in their staff, really welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic. The questions they asked felt relevant and I felt like they properly assessed me.

So for me, the interview process had two parts. First, there was a phone screening, where if your application looked good, Lifeways would give you a call for a quick chat. It's basically for them to ask you some initial questions and see your background and experience. Then, if you passed that, you'd get invited for an in-person or video interview. That's your time to really show what you can do, your skills, and why you're excited about the job. You should be ready for questions about behavior and different situations to prove your abilities.

It was a remote interview over Teams. The first scheduled interview didn't happen as the interviewer didn't show up. A second interview was scheduled, also on Teams. The interviewer did show up this time, but then turned his camera off, so I could only hear him. This made me feel really disadvantaged. However, it was a relaxed interview and they asked a bunch of hypothetical questions.
