I filled out a very detailed online application. A few days later, I got a phone call and scheduled an interview. They didn't need any specific skills, but through conversation, the interviewer got a sense of my personality. He mentioned a second interview would happen later. The second interview was basically just to let me know I got the job and to set my start date. The only issue was some unclear questions that led to awkward pauses. For example, "This is our vision statement. What does this mean to you?" It took me a while to answer because I wasn't sure what they were looking for. I ended up just repeating what the statement said. It wasn't a great answer, but I was hired.

I applied online and got a call the very next day about coming in for an interview later that week. During the interview, they asked me to talk a bit about my faith, my previous work experience, and about myself, plus some other general stuff. They also had me do a couple of tasks: alphabetize a pile of books and work through some easy math problems.

I'm a student and I think I just didn't have enough hours of availability.
