Customer Service Representative
After I submitted my application online, I was set up for an in-person interview. They showed us around the place and then we had to do a test to see how well we could do the job. If you did well on the test, you got to talk to a supervisor who would ask you a couple of questions. Then they checked my background and called my references. About a week after that, I got an offer letter in my email.
- What contributions do you believe you can make to this organization, and what is your reasoning for that?
Customer Service Representative
I had an initial interview where we were told to dress business professional. It was with a group of about seven people, and we reviewed the opening positions, hours, and pay. After that, we had a timed 12-minute test. They said if the results were good, we'd get a call for a second interview. The second interview was about getting to know me and my work experience, and we did some mock calls to see how I'd handle different situations.
- Why are you interested in this role?
Customer Service Representative
The first chat with HR was fine. It was okay, nothing special. Then I talked to a supervisor and it felt like something was off. They said my questions had to wait and I wouldn't get paid for a week of training. That made me doubt them. Also, they lied about finding my resume.
- On a scale, how would you rate your Excel skills?
- What would you say is your greatest strength?
- And what would you say is your greatest weakness?
