Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lifescience Dynamics.
Intern
It was a long and slow process. I went through all the online stuff. It took forever to get an interview date. The interview had two parts: one interview and a presentation I had to prepare.
- Could you provide some mind twisters related to the industry?
- Can you share some situational questions about the industry?
Intern
The first step was a pre-recorded online interview with some basic fit questions, like asking why I'm interested in this job and company. Then, there was a 1-hour case interview, followed by a 30-minute presentation. I was given a week to get ready for the presentation part.
- What makes you want this job?
Intern
The process had 3 rounds, first 3 online aptitude tests (numeracy, PPT and writing), then a video interview and the final round involved a virtual case study and presentation. They will give you a week to prepare the presentation.
- In the final round, discuss small case studies involving a company with product X, and provide recommendations based on each specific case.
