the interview process was pretty straightforward. it involved 3 steps starting with a writing test, all conducted over zoom. it took a bit over a month from when I applied to when I got the job.

It was a Skype call, with some chat in German and translation. The HR person was friendly but seemed to present the role in a more positive light than it might actually be. It was pretty relaxed and they asked standard interview questions that were easy to answer.

First, there was a preselection and screening done by a Recruiting Agency. Then, I submitted my application, which included a Cover letter and Resume, and had a Telephone screening with the Agency. After that, I had a Telephone interview with the Employer, followed by an Induction test. Finally, I had a Skype interview with HR and another Skype interview with Seniors.
