The interview process will vary depending on the language you're focusing on. You'll have different agents talking to you at various points, asking what they think is relevant. The focus will be on your specific language skills and the role itself.

Colleague Engagement and Internal Communications Executive
First, I had a chat on the phone where a recruiter told me more about Lifeplus and we went over my CV, experience, and what I want to do. Then, I met informally face-to-face with the manager I'd be reporting to. We talked more about where the company is headed and how this job fits in. Finally, I did a more standard Q&A interview where I had to get some materials ready beforehand to talk about. Even though it was more formal, it felt relaxed, just like the company. This helped me chill out and be myself.
- Can you share some instances, either from work or personal life, where you've had to adapt your communication style or method for a different audience, keeping in mind how crucial company culture is?
Customer Service Administrator
I started by chatting with an outside recruiter who asked for voice recordings in the languages I was looking for (and English). Then I did 2 video interviews where I met different people from the company. I also did 2 language tasks (CS scenarios) and answered the typical interview questions. The whole team was super nice and made the process a really good experience.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join our company?
- What insights do you have regarding our products?
- Share an instance where you delivered exceptional customer service.
Internal Communications Executive
I had an hour-long phone interview to gauge my background. Then I was invited to an in-person interview where I needed to present a Comms plan. After that, a series of questions were asked, lasting an hour and a half. I waited two weeks for contact and was eventually sent an email saying they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. No phone call, no feedback. Very rude and inconsiderate considering the time I spent preparing a presentation and participating in two interviews. Avoid.
- Could you present your internal communications plan?
