Scheduling was impossible, with constant reschedules happening right when the interview was supposed to start. The whole candidate experience was bad. It took months of going back and forth, and then they rescheduled at the last minute. It was really disappointing to have my time disrespected like this, and this was just during the application process, not even as an employee.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was not intimidating and allowed me plenty of time to think and formulate my answers. They also gave me a few minutes to ask for clarifications and any additional questions I had.
