Patient Access Representative
The interview process was fast. After I applied, the recruiter called me. They asked about my availability and I got an interview invitation two days later. The recruiter was upfront and direct. I interviewed with the manager and really liked her vibe; she was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, which was nice because interviews can be nerve-wracking.
- Can you share an instance where you had to bypass the usual hierarchy to address an issue?
- Tell me about a situation involving a challenging patient and how you handled it.
Nurse
Scheduling was impossible, with constant reschedules happening right when the interview was supposed to start. The whole candidate experience was bad. It took months of going back and forth, and then they rescheduled at the last minute. It was really disappointing to have my time disrespected like this, and this was just during the application process, not even as an employee.
- What are some typical interview questions?
Financial Specialist
You'll get contacted for an interview to talk about your experience, education, and work ethic for the job. Then, you'll meet one-on-one with the department manager to talk about the position, your qualifications, and your experience. If they decide to move forward after the interview, they'll contact you with a job offer and salary.
- Could you share your experience and qualifications that align with the position's requirements?
- How does your background and education fit this role?
- What are your thoughts on work ethic?
Administrative Assistant
I applied back in February and then like 3 weeks later, I got a call for an interview. The first interview was with the hiring manager for that department, and then almost two weeks after that, I had a second interview. It was like 3 weeks after that, I hadn't heard anything, and then they called to offer me the job. But by then, I had already accepted a job somewhere else, so I guess they ended up picking somebody else.
