Sales
The online process was very quick. Everyone was great. Seeing all the lovely locations in the possibilities are awesome. Not to mention a free membership as a company benefit is a wonderful additive and motivating point of working for this company.
- In what ways can you contribute to the team?
Sales
I applied online after seeing the job posting on Indeed. It took them a bit to get back to me, but scheduling the interview was straightforward. There were three rounds in total. First, I interviewed with two managers. Then, I met with the head of the department. Finally, I was supposed to meet with someone from a higher office. My first interview was about an hour long. They had me go out onto the gym floor and talk to about five members to get their opinions on the gym and why they are members. They were checking my ability to interact with people (though they don't actually monitor you). The second interview was pretty similar, but I stayed in the office. I actually never heard from the third person, but they still extended a job offer since I was on a deadline with another offer.
- Can you elaborate on your knowledge of fitness and personal health, and provide examples of how you've handled challenging situations in previous roles?
- Could you walk me through your resume, detailing your responsibilities and experiences in each of your past positions, particularly focusing on any difficult times you faced?
- Please go around the gym floor and talk to about 5 people to gauge their thoughts on the gym and their reasons for continuing their membership.
Inside Sales Representative
The interview process was not very thorough, mostly just random questions you'd expect for a low-stakes position at a small gym. My advice is to just bring your A game with questions based on your personality.
- What's your biggest weakness?
