You get a call and screened, then asked for an in person interview where you are asked to fill out the form. The company want all of their employees to memorize their mission statement for the in person interview where you will fill it out on the questionairre. They will call you with an offer if they are interested. Benefits are great but pay can be minimal to ok depending on the position.
- What is our motto
Department Head
This company was a real time sink. I went through six interviews with seven people in eight days for what seemed like a lower management role. Each interview seemed to go fine, but it felt pointless. I kept getting passed up the chain to the next person, all the way to the top. The weirdest part was that every single person asked the exact same "Tell me about a time when..." questions. It made me wonder if they could even read, since I'd already answered these questions multiple times and they were taking notes. It also made me question the company culture – why is everyone so scared to make a decision about a simple hire? Plus, they were really down on their lower-level employees, which was obvious and consistent throughout the interviews, so it's clearly part of their culture. By the end, I felt like I'd dodged a bullet if I *didn't* get an offer, and I'd be an idiot to accept if I did. Oh, and I never heard back after the last interview. They said I'd hear within a week about an offer, but nobody bothered to tell me anything. I had to email twice to ask about the decision and if they had any feedback, but still no response. So I'm just assuming I didn't get it.
- Tell me about a time when... questions were asked at every interview.
- I was asked for specific financial figures from my previous job, even though I told them I had an NDA and wouldn't share that information.
