The interview process was calm and comfortable, and they followed up quickly. The people were very nice, and even though I didn't end up working there, it was a good experience. I might apply again soon just because of how smooth the interview was.

I first talked with the member services assistant manager. Then, I met with the general manager of the facility in her office for my second interview. They asked pretty much the same questions. For the second interview, they gave me the Lifetime mission statement and told me to memorize it and be ready to say it.
