I got an email a week after applying to schedule a phone interview with the Area Manager. We talked about my favorite and least favorite past jobs and why I applied. He told me about the job and asked about salary expectations. The interview went well, and he sent me a personality test the same day. He said he'd talk to the business owner after I completed it to decide on next steps. Unfortunately, I got a rejection email two days later.
