Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Life Style Staffing.
Staffing Coordinator
I had a quick phone interview, under 10 minutes. The interviewer was very direct and then sent me a personality test that didn't take long to complete. I've been waiting about a week for any news, but overall, the process was efficient and straightforward.
- What about your previous work experiences?
- What qualities do you seek in an employer?
Staffing Coordinator
I got an email a week after applying to schedule a phone interview with the Area Manager. We talked about my favorite and least favorite past jobs and why I applied. He told me about the job and asked about salary expectations. The interview went well, and he sent me a personality test the same day. He said he'd talk to the business owner after I completed it to decide on next steps. Unfortunately, I got a rejection email two days later.
- Can you tell me about a past job position you liked the most and explain why?
- What past job position did you like the least and why?
- What made you decide to apply for this job after seeing the title and description?
Staffing Coordinator
I was initially contacted by a recruiter for a 20 minute phone chat. After that, I had to complete a personality test. Once I passed that, I was invited for an in-person interview where I spoke with two different people. It felt like it went well, but it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection.
- Can you tell me about your experience with standard interview questions?
