First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Life Style Staffing.
Sales Account Manager
I had a phone interview that lasted about 10 minutes. The person was very direct, and then they sent me a personality test to complete. They mentioned they would follow up after I finished the test to let me know about the next steps or my status... And now I'm just waiting and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. From what I've read in other reviews, this seems to be their standard procedure, which is disappointing because it shows a lack of professionalism and suggests they view potential team members as replaceable. I really hope they don't treat candidates for staffing roles the same way.

Business Development Specialist
The interview process was great, with fast movement and responses. The Rembrandt assessment was a bit advanced, but manageable if you're competent. You'll need to describe and define your past work experience, showing a proven track record of success.
- Complete the Rembrandt assessment.
- Discuss your previous work experience.
- Assess your ability to be in the field.
Executive Assistant
They found my resume on a job board and reached out quickly. They were flexible with scheduling the interview, which went fine - just standard interview stuff. I asked about hearing back, and they said they were trying to hire ASAP, definitely by the end of next week. Two weeks passed, no word, so I followed up. They said again, by the end of next week, as hiring was taking longer than planned. ANOTHER two weeks passed, I reached out AGAIN, same answer. It's now been two months and still no response. For a staffing agency, you'd expect better. Super unprofessional and rude, honestly glad I didn't get an offer from them.

Staffing Coordinator
I got an email a week after applying to schedule a phone interview with the Area Manager. We talked about my favorite and least favorite past jobs and why I applied. He told me about the job and asked about salary expectations. The interview went well, and he sent me a personality test the same day. He said he'd talk to the business owner after I completed it to decide on next steps. Unfortunately, I got a rejection email two days later.
- Can you tell me about a past job position you liked the most and explain why?
- What past job position did you like the least and why?
- What made you decide to apply for this job after seeing the title and description?
