The whole thing took months. First there were some tests, then some calls, and finally an in-person interview. The tests covered stuff like grammar, math, and personality/spiritual gifts. The interview event was in Edmond, Oklahoma, and we flew out there. It was tough but awesome. I learned a lot about myself already, and the internship hasn't even started.

I had a phone call, then I did some testing, then another phone call, and finally an interview event! The interview event was with other interns and had speed dating-style interviews and several rounds of one-on-one interviews with different people from different teams. The testing involved things like your personality type, your attention to detail, etc.

The application process was quite long and took months to get right. I'm not upset with fate but rather the lack of respect I felt during the interview. The recruiter called a few minutes late, and their tone and attitude made me feel like they weren't interested in me. I believe if someone else had interviewed me, I might have had a chance at the internship. It left me feeling quite down.
