Coordinator
So this is a really in-depth interview process, like many others have said. For me, the first step was a phone screen where they explained everything. Then came a video interview. After that, there were several tests if you passed. You then had an interview to discuss your test results. The last interview was with a group of people, usually in 30-minute segments. I did it online because of COVID, but it's normally on campus.
- What is it about your current job that you find motivating, and what do you find draining?
- Tell me about what motivates you and what drains you in your current role.

The interview process is extensive and intense, as it should be. But just as much as it's extensive and intense, it's fun, engaging, and energizing too! We built relationships with people that will last a lifetime. On the first day, all candidates attended a service together, Life.Church provided dinner for all candidates and we took a tour of Central. The second day we visited another campus and had the opportunity to meet with the campus pastors to ask questions and listen to words of wisdom from them, the third day was a full day of interviews with lunch provided.
- What was your work ethic like as a teenager?

So much communication! I went through 4 pre-screens and some pre-interview testing. It was tough but it makes sense because of how important the work is at LC. The interview process itself was a bear, a full day of really personal and intense questions. They really want to know that you understand what you're getting into and that you're a good fit. They gave a lot of feedback, pointing out good things and areas for improvement.
- Tell me about your biggest life failure and how you handled it.
- What makes you want to work at Life.Church?
- What was your biggest failure, and what did you do about it?
