I applied online and after a bit of a wait, I got scheduled for an in-person interview with the Store Manager. It was pretty chill, we built some good rapport. They told me about the store and their own journey with the company. Then, a second interview was set up with the District Manager. After that, I just had to wait for feedback from the first manager. I got the job offer two days after the second interview.

It was very informal, the manager was on a smoke break and saw me walking in. I waited with him on his break and then went inside the store for an interview. He asked most of the questions off a notepad that was probably used for all interviews. He liked that I dressed up; almost looked surprised. This gave me the perception that most people didn't take the interviews too serious. He told me he'd contact me after with an offer, and two days later I got a call.

I put in my application on the company website and heard nothing back for about two and a half weeks. I got a call offering me the interview. The interview itself was not very professional, the manager took a personal call during it and kept checking their phone. Afterwards, I had to apply on the website again and then they texted me about when I could start.
