Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lido.
Marketing Associate
The interview process was fine, but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because the culture is bad and not good at all. Nobody gives enough response, and no leads are good enough to sell.
- Can you introduce yourself and state your five-year goals?
Marketing Associate
It was pretty much a 15-20 minute phone call. The experience was really good, and the HR person was super friendly and open during our chat and the interview itself. Just be yourself and stay confident when you're talking, that's the key.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your internship experience, if any?
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 years?
Marketing Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and interactive. It started with a technical round and then wrapped up with an HR round. They let you know right away if you're selected and when you can start. They'll also go over the job details with you.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What can you share about your graduation?
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
