I was contacted for a phone interview, very motivated, and with the hope of being hired because I have over 8 years of experience in coordination & management, I had prepared very well in advance for the interview. On the day, I answered all the questions, and after that, no more news, even if it's a refusal, I'm supposed to know the reason. I thought Lidl gave everyone a chance. For that matter, that's not the case at all, the HR pillars are not respected at all. It's a shame to forget that they themselves had the chance to be recruited but unfortunately today they don't give that chance to others. It's disappointing. Besides, what's the point of the trial period if we're asked so many questions?
