This is a highly disciplined, performance-driven retail environment that really focuses on volume sales, smooth operations, and value for customers. It's not about typical sales tactics, but more about hitting commercial targets, running things efficiently, and supporting a brand people already trust. So, success here relies on hitting KPIs, operational excellence, and backing a trusted product, not really on traditional persuasive selling.

They were pretty quick to respond after I sent my resume on Indeed. I'm a software engineer, but I wanted to switch to a job I didn't care much about. For a regular sales associate position, I was asked to do a multitasking test on the computer during the screening phase. Basically, they sent me an email with a link to access and complete the test in 20 minutes. The test consisted of many mini-games to complete in parallel; the further you progressed, the more points you got. Overkill but really fun, I'm annoyed they didn't call me.

After an online application, there was a short phone call. We waited about 1.5 weeks for the interview. We were invited on the weekend and made to wait a long time on-site. The interview went quite positively, and we were assured of an answer by Wednesday at the latest. The answer came on Friday with a rejection. Interview flow: Direct offer, introduction round, how does the workday look?
