They sent over a lot of info about how the interview would go, which was really nice and made me feel more at ease. First, there was a 45-minute interview with two people. Then, I had to give a presentation about one of the stores that I had prepared beforehand (it was supposed to be max 20 mins). Finally, there was a 15-minute networking session.

After submitting the forms, there was a call from HR. It surprisingly started right away with questions, lasting about forty-five minutes. Everything went well, the HR employee was friendly. However, she couldn't answer simple questions about the job beyond her briefing (she only knew what was in the job posting regarding tasks, organization, etc.). Now, two days later, an automated rejection came. One would expect a bit more after almost an hour of job interview, especially since Lidl boasts so much as a top employer...

The interview process was really nice and well-organized. After a quick hello, I met the team lead and a team member. They both took their time to show me the team and the tasks. Then, they asked me a lot about my background and my professional experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant and respectful conversation.
