First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Libra Group.
Intern
The initial interview stage is a one-way assessment. You'll have 3 minutes to respond to each question presented on screen. About two months after that, there's a second interview with LG HR. If successful, you'll proceed to a third interview with the specific subsidiary or department you're being considered for. Each subsequent interview becomes more challenging.
- What are your thoughts on how you can contribute to Libra's success?
Intern

Intern
It was three interviews. First, a sparkhire interview with 3 questions. Then, an interview with HR. Finally, an interview with someone from the placement I'd be joining. The first two interviews were mostly behavioral. The last one was a mix of behavioral and questions specific to the company.
