The initial interview stage is a one-way assessment. You'll have 3 minutes to respond to each question presented on screen. About two months after that, there's a second interview with LG HR. If successful, you'll proceed to a third interview with the specific subsidiary or department you're being considered for. Each subsequent interview becomes more challenging.

The interview process was pretty average. It can get a bit hectic, but maybe that's because they're looking for specific types of talent. I went through about 2-3 interviews across 3 different recruiting cycles, but ultimately didn't get an offer.
