I saw the ad in local newspaper and sent an email, next day i received a call from the company, had interview schedule. Interviewed by 3 different level of managers. In 3 hrs after the interview i received the call and got offer. Interview was simple and the most of the questions were about previous job. It was much more behavioral then technical.

The hiring process felt pretty laid-back and easygoing. They mostly asked about my background and if I had experience in other areas. It was mainly to see if I could handle interacting with clients and if I was willing to learn the tax regulations.
