The first interview was a phone call with a woman who seemed disengaged. It was hard to understand her questions, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I answered what I thought she was asking, but it was a mess. I asked some pointed questions because I figured it was a heavily managed, typical call center job with high turnover, which she confirmed. This was a clear sign, so I won't be applying again.

This was probably the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. It was a phone screen through Microsoft Teams. I waited in the meeting room for 30 minutes and no one ever joined. So I emailed the recruiter conducting the interview who informed me he was in a meeting and needed to reschedule to an hour later. It would have been nice for the recruiter to have the common courtesy to email me informing of his other meeting before I wasted 30 minutes. So we rescheduled. I then sit in the meeting room again for 10 minutes before receiving an email from the recruiter saying the position has closed. I will probably never apply here again because the interview process is the first impression for the company as a whole and this one was inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty standard. I went through two rounds of interviews, and the management was friendly. The whole process took about 3 weeks. There was nothing particularly special about the questions asked, but they emphasized clearly stating the event, your actions, and the results.
