I did a phone screen and then had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was ghosted for a month. I reached out to the recruiter and they said they'd have an update by the end of the day, but never did.

The ADP internship interview was pretty standard. It was a bit tougher for me since I'm used to only behavioral interviews and not executing a case study like Liberty requires. The case itself wasn't too bad, just a bit of time pressure. It was a long interview, about 3 hours, but it was structured so you talk to many different people, making the time fly by. There was a 30-minute intro, a 1-hour behavioral session, a 1-hour case study, and a 30-minute networking session with a previous ADP intern who is now full-time. Everyone was really nice, and I got an offer within 48 hours after the interview.
- Describe your process for conducting a data analytics project.
- Can you share an instance where you had to present the same information to two distinct audiences?
- What motivates your interest in Liberty Mutual?

The interview process involved 6 phone/video interviews over Zoom, each lasting 30 minutes. It started with an HR/recruiter screen, followed by four interviews with colleagues (team members, managers/directors), and concluded with a final interview with the hiring manager. The whole process spanned over two months, which felt a bit long but was understandable due to the holiday season. The timeline was roughly: applied in the 1st week of Month 1, recruiter interview in the 3rd week of Month 1, got notified for the next steps (four interviews) at the end of Month 1, completed these four interviews in the first two weeks of Month 2, received notice for the final round in the 1st week of Month 3, had the final interview at the end of the 1st week of Month 3, and finally received an offer by the end of the 2nd week of Month 3. There were several 'Name a time when...' type questions, plus others about experience and fit for the role. The interviewers were nice and respectful, making the experience casual and low-pressure.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered and resolved a challenging problem, detailing its difficulty, your approach, and the outcome?
- Provide an example of a situation where you employed both quantitative and qualitative analysis to address an issue.
- What is your most significant accomplishment?
