Even though I was running a fever, I went to the interview because I'm a person of my word. The interviewers were nice, but the STAR format interview, especially the role play part, isn't my favorite because it doesn't gather much useful information. I also question companies that use this format because it suggests employees might be sent out without proper training. The salary of $46,000 for a 9.5 hour workday, plus expectations for weekend work, shows a real lack of effort to attract and keep good employees. A tip for one of the interviewers: don't bring up your negative Glassdoor reviews unless the applicant asks about them. It just makes you look bad. Liberty Coca Cola should really offer better pay and reasonable hours, NYC isn't Philly or Ireland.
