It was a good experience and I got to learn about the interview process. It was a great opportunity for my next interview. Customer service is not for the faint of heart. It requires a short memory and focus. I think my next interview process will be pretty similar.

Behavioral Other

The interview process for this Customer Service Representative role wasn't overly challenging, but getting in touch with anyone proved quite difficult. There was a lack of follow-up and broken promises from their end. Additionally, interviewers were late and seemed unprepared, which was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience overall.

Behavioral Technical

The interview had 2 supervisors, one full-time and one part-time. The part-time one was leading, but the full-time one seemed distracted. I asked a lot of questions because I was worried it was mostly a collections job, which they said it wasn't. They asked 'what if' questions and it felt like they just needed to fill spots for their next training class.
