Manager
I had two stages 1). TA - introduction 2). Office Leader - 1st stage. Didn't move forward after that, but the experience was good, got clear feedback and they're open to me in the future.

Senior Consultant
Had a first chat with the internal recruiter, it took a week for him to get back to me to set up a second face-to-face meeting with the manager. I went to their building, but no one registered me at the reception downstairs so I had to wait for someone to bring me up. The recruiter wasn't even there on the day of the interview. The manager thought it was a virtual interview, and another manager who was supposed to meet me wasn't in the office either. The coordination was really poor, and if this is how they treat candidates, the service is extremely bad. I sent a follow-up email afterward, and it's been ghosted forever. What a waste of time.
- Can you describe your experience in recruiting for the tech market?
- What is your overall experience?
- What makes you want to join our company?
Recruiting Associate
It started with a screening call, then there were several follow-up interviews with different company folks. They asked regular questions and some unusual ones too. They really want to see if you fit the company culture.
- Can you describe the industry overall, as well as our company and its specific functions?
- Describe the industry as a whole and the company and what they specifically do.
Recruitment Consultant
So I had a good interview experience. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then a phone interview with the head of the west coast. After that, I had a video interview where I spoke with three managers from different LHi brands, but they interviewed me one by one, not as a group. They're really looking for people with natural qualities like motivation and leadership that you can't really learn in school, so just be yourself! The recruiter was super helpful throughout the whole thing. Since I couldn't easily get to the office, they offered for me to chat with people already in the kind of job I'd be doing and ask them anything. I thought that was really cool and showed they're a genuine company. They really encourage you to ask them questions too, it's totally a two-way street.
- How do you think your friends would describe you?
- Can you tell me about the biggest lie you've ever told?
