The process was quick and easy. I was contacted on LinkedIn for the initial outreach and to schedule. Communication was good and things moved along smoothly. From the first phone call to getting the offer, I was kept in the loop. Excited to join!

The LHH interview process is quite extensive. It starts with an HR interview, then a Hiring Manager interview, followed by an interview with higher management, and then another interview with different higher management, which also includes a personality assessment test. In my past experience, most interviews have a maximum of two rounds.

Video interview to talk about the sales role with Ezra, who's part of Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH). I was asked about training leaders for interviews and if managers can ask questions beyond sports or the male psyche. Not a good vibe with the bias and condescending tone. Seems like this sales team is just for the 'good ol' boys club'.
