Project Manager
First, there's an HR screening, then a technical chat about how you manage projects. After that, we assess your soft skills and leadership abilities. Finally, you'll meet with management to ensure we're aligned culturally. If everything goes well, you'll get an offer detailing salary, benefits, and professional development prospects.
- Can you explain your reasons for seeking a new role and outline your professional aspirations?
- What motivates your desire for a career change, and what are your objectives moving forward?
Senior Project Manager

- What is your seniority?
Project Manager
Had a 45-minute recruiter prescreen, but the recruiter seemed unorganized or unprepared. They asked for my resume via email. Right after, I got a message that the position was no longer available. I had to follow up with the recruiter, and they never explained why.
