The LHH Interview/Hiring process is based on the LHH Point of View (POV), which is shared with our Customers and Candidates from the application stage all the way through onboarding and beyond. Since there are various Support teams, you'll have the chance to meet with members from different functions to better understand how the teams work together.
- Could you introduce yourself?

I was reached out to on LinkedIn. Then I had one virtual meeting with a VP, where we talked about emotional intelligence and my experience with career transition skills. This was for a role starting with the next group of consultants. Before I could be officially hired, I had to pass a background check.
- What's your approach to managing a client's employee who has been laid off?
Consultant
It usually consists of 2 selection steps. The first with the vertical manager, then with the area director. Deep dive into commercial development aptitude, a fundamental part of the role.
