Account Manager
It's a pretty long process that goes on for weeks, sometimes it can even take up to six months. There are a bunch of levels of recruiters and hiring managers you have to talk to, and you'll also spend time meeting with people who currently do the job you're applying for.
- Tell me why you are interested in working for this company.
Account Manager
The interview process was quick and thorough. The team were welcoming and all did introductions. They were also very specific with role requirements and details throughout. I would certainly interview with LHH again.
- Could you describe your current role and the sales environments you have experienced? Additionally, how have you handled challenging sales situations?
- What kind of sales environments have you worked in, and can you tell me about your current role?
- Describe a difficult sales situation you've faced and how you managed it.
Account Manager
It was pretty straightforward, just a few normal questions about experience and education. After the phone pre-screening, there was just one in-person interview. You have to take a personality test, and they mostly base their decision on the test result.
- Can you describe your previous management experience?
