It was one interview where I met the HR representative and then both people who I would be working with. Very personal and casual and made me feel at ease. They told me they would reach out with a decision on the following Thursday and that was when I got a call.

The hiring and interview process went smoothly. I was quite nervous, but I followed the basic interview etiquette and everything went as expected. I tried not to feel too overwhelmed. The interviewer made the process less stressful than I imagined and helped me feel really comfortable. I'd recommend this job to anyone genuinely interested in the hospitality business. I didn't know much about temporary placements at various jobsites since the office was small, but LGC Hospitality Staffing turned out to be a great place to work with many career opportunities.

I applied online and then got contacted for an interview. For the interview, I had to pay for street parking and didn't get reimbursed. The person I interviewed with said the job involves working 60+ hours a week for only $520/week and that I'd have to work all weekends and holidays. I wasn't interested at that pay rate. When I tried to ask questions about the position, she cut me off because she had another interview and couldn't answer anything. It felt like a waste of time and money.

The whole thing took about 2 weeks from start to decision. They were good at keeping me in the loop at every step. I first got a call from the department Manager and then met the Senior local Recruiter in person.
