Software Development Engineer
The interview process includes a software development test, where you develop a full-stack application, picking your own tech stack, and then defend your technical decisions in person. Also, there's an interview with HR to check English proficiency, problem-solving skills, and how well you communicate.

The interview process had two rounds. Round 1 was a short logic test, lasting about 10 minutes. Round 2 was an interview with the leader and CTO, which took around 40 minutes. This round covered topics like language proficiency, coding skills, problem-solving for technical issues, and building backend projects using Java (specifically focusing on Java core and Java security).

LG CNS has a long and intensive recruitment process. You apply online. you submit resume and answers based on questions given. Document screening takes about two weeks and then selected candidates take IQ and ITQ tests, if you pass the tests you will be given a chance to do the first interview.
