Analyst
The interview process had two straightforward rounds, mostly behavioral. The interviewers were nice and professional. In the second round, I met the team leader, which made the experience very clear, comfortable, and well-structured.
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?
Software Development Engineer
The interview process includes a software development test, where you develop a full-stack application, picking your own tech stack, and then defend your technical decisions in person. Also, there's an interview with HR to check English proficiency, problem-solving skills, and how well you communicate.
- Can you tell me about your willingness to learn older technologies?
Smart Factory Engineer
First, we check your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, if you pass that, you'll do a Leetcode-style technical test to see how you solve problems. If you do well on the test, you'll have a first-round technical interview with some engineers. The last step is a second-round interview where we ask behavioral questions to make sure you'll fit in with the team.
- Can you introduce yourself for one minute?
- Tell me about your project.
Postdoctoral Researcher
When you're getting ready for an interview or internship, especially in tech, you might face a coding test. It's there to check if you get the basic concepts. These tests aren't super hard, but they're important to make sure you have a good grasp of programming fundamentals. They usually cover basic algorithms, data structures, logic, and how you solve problems. To do well, you need to know coding syntax and how to use what you've learned in practical ways. It's a good idea to review the main topics and practice with coding challenges online. The goal isn't to give you impossible problems, but to confirm you're solid on the basics needed for the job. So, prep is key. Make sure to go over your fundamentals and try out some problems to feel more ready and skilled.
