The interview process was straightforward, though a bit lengthy. First, you submit your resume in person or online to an LF store. They'll contact you with details for an in-person interview. This initial interview was quite easy! They'll ask basic questions you can answer if you're genuinely enthusiastic about the brand and the role. Following that, you'll schedule a FaceTime call with the manager at the LF LA location, especially if you're not local. This FaceTime call is also simple, but the questions delve a bit deeper. I actually had two FaceTime calls because the manager wasn't available for the first one. Overall, it wasn't a bad process!

I went for an interview and had to wait about 30 minutes. Then, two managers came out and interviewed me on the sidewalk. The store itself was really messy and unorganized, with shoes in the way. The employees I saw weren't even working; they were dancing while the store was a mess. It was a very unprofessional and unorganized experience, and I would not recommend working here.

They asked questions about my fashion inspiration, why I want to work there, and what trends I follow. Also, they asked me to talk about myself and how I would handle certain situations. The interview focused on the retail environment, client interaction, and closing sales, with a strong emphasis on personality and personal style.
