The interview experience was fantastic! I really liked the conversation, it went smoothly and I felt like they cared about what I was saying. I'd suggest this process to anyone else thinking about it.

I met the recruiter at a campus event, and then they posted jobs about two weeks later. I applied and emailed the recruiter, who got back to me about three weeks later. I had one phone interview with the Senior Business Intelligence person. Then, after the weekend, I heard back and had another interview. It was a Skype call, about 45 minutes long. An hour after that second interview, they called me with an offer.

I applied online and got a call about the job. Then I was invited to come in for an interview. The interview had two parts: a one-on-one chat, and then a meeting with two managers. After that, I met the team, and that was the end of the interview. Later, I got a package in the mail with forms to fill out and a drug test to complete. The background check was the toughest part, it's super thorough and they check everything on your resume to make sure it's true.
