Last year, they interviewed me multiple times and decided the role I applied for was below my potential. They liked my profile and said they'd increase the seniority of the position. They didn't discuss salary or benefits, just asked me to wait for the outcome. Once the seniority was increased, they decided to restart the interview process to see if they could find someone else. I felt used to boost the seniority level, and that the process wasn't taken seriously. Be careful if they drag out the process. I don't think they are serious. Demand correct information about the process from the start and don't believe promises to proceed without everything being clearly explained. Be careful!!!

- A complete lack of scope, it seemed like for every thing answered correctly, they invented something new.
