Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LexisNexis Legal & Professional.
Business Analyst
The agency did a good job setting things up. Started with a long test, but it was tough because the room was really noisy with people shouting, making the math questions harder than they needed to be. The actual interview was set up by the agency. I had to wait a bit, and it started late. The questions were fair. Then I had a second interview with a manager who seemed unfocused or distracted, though he was nice. Afterwards, I heard nothing, even though they told the agency they were interested. It just fizzled out with them saying they weren't sure what they wanted and no real feedback, which was unprofessional.

Business Analyst
So, the first step was a phone interview. Basically, if you get a phone interview, it means your resume stood out. Usually, there's a personality test that comes after about a week. Don't bother following up if you don't get that.
- Tell me about your experience with Analytics.
Business Analyst

- How do you handle challenging stakeholders?
